​Testing and Pre-Employment Services
All purchases for testing and pre-employment services are final. We maintain a strict no-refund policy. Once services are purchased, they cannot be refunded under any circumstances, except in cases where we determine that cancellation on our end is necessary. In such cases, any applicable refund will be processed at our discretion.
Rescheduling of services is the only available option for customers who wish to modify their appointment.

Physical Items
Physical products may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a partial refund.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, a partial refund will be issued based on the item’s condition and any applicable restocking fees.
