WORKPLACE SCREENINGS
How long does it take to get fingerprinted?
Rolling ink onto your fingers and pressing them onto paper, might take around 15 to 30 minutes, including preparation and processing time. If you have an appointment, the process might be quicker. However, you may need to factor in wait time if there are other people ahead of you.
What is required to have a document notarized?
Government issued identification and the document needing a notary stamp.
ALCOHOL & DRUG TESTING
How far back does a hair follicle test check?
Drugs in hair may be detectable for approximately 90 days. Unlike head hair, body hair drug testing can only show a history of drug use sometime between 30 days and a year in the past.
MAILBOXES & SHIPPING
What is required to rent a mailbox?
A notarized 1583 form and 2 valid forms of identification.
Can you use a virtual address for multiple businesses?
Yes. Registering multiple businesses at the same address, each business must still comply with local regulations. Be sure to comply with regulations and consult with an accountant or legal professional to ensure that your business structure remains compliant when using a shared address.
DNA TESTING
What is required to take a legal DNA test?
For every Legal DNA paternity test (chain of custody), clients must present a valid government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license, passport, or military ID. Minors do not need these documents as long as the guardian and/or alleged father signs the consent form for the child's testing.
How can I tell if my spouse/partner is cheating?
It’s easy to overthink when suspicion arises. If you think your partner may be cheating, it’s important to communicate openly with them. Watch for changes in behavior, routine, or appearance, but remember, these signs don’t necessarily mean infidelity. A direct, honest conversation is often the best way to address your concerns. If doubts persist, you may want to consider a professional infidelity DNA test for clarity.
What will the infidelity DNA test results reveal?
An infidelity DNA test can provide several insights, including:
-
Detection of DNA on the samples provided
-
Identification of the gender of the DNA found
-
Comparison to check if any DNA matches yours
-
Confirmation of semen presence on the samples
CONSORTIUM/TPA & DER
Is it mandatory to appoint a C/TPA?
No, it is not mandatory to have a Consortium TPA (Third-Party Administrator) just because you have a CDL (Commercial Driver's License) or own a trucking company. However, there are certain requirements that trucking companies and CDL drivers must comply with regarding drug and alcohol testing under federal regulations(specifically FMCSA regulations).
