Expected Cost: Typically $75 to $150 per test, depending on case Additional Fees: May apply for administrative service, observed collection or multiple drug panels C/TPA: Fees may vary if testing is coordinated through our program or at an out-of-network facility Once payment is made or the appointment is scheduled, you will receive an email with a link to complete the RTD form before arriving on-site for testing.
